For 14 years I have worked with middle and high school and university students in my church in various capacities of volunteers. During these years I am a student and guide them one-on-one or in a group. I experienced a lot with teaching classes and leading small group discussions to all these ages. Certainly during these 14 years I have encountered all kinds of different personalities, and with such different challenges. I think that I am a person very sick, and this is something that has been cultivated in me over the years of working with many many people, and young people. Writing, grammar and reading are the things that I love and have a passion. In my previous job, and called me "proofreader official" at one point. I have studied many languages ??over the years, which I think has strengthened me from the grip of the English language, as well as the capacity of communication. I strongly believe in highlighting the positive before the negative. Just being critical of student errors or deficiencies right off the bat misses the point, I think. Each student at least do something well, or has something to offer, and even weaker than in the subject or field of study. By taking this approach, the process can greatly enhance teaching and student takes what he or she has done a good job, and apply to improve upon the weaknesses. The student will feel that the course lessons are not just a time to point out the errors, on the contrary, the atmosphere was not threatened in any to get better and be more confident in his or her studies. Also, I believe that every person has his or her "schedule". In other words, each student learns in a different way, to be understood differently. So I would not guarantee any kind of results by this time as well. I am not talking about any research you've done or because I had spent some time in a classroom teaching position paid to do. But I saw a young enough maturity and have seen many who just "not sure" use their talents and gifts for something worthwhile. With enough encouragement and patience, each student can end up in a better place.
